H&R Block — Establishment, finance and accounting at 122 Prospect Hill Road, East Windsor, Connecticut.

This location partners with the enfeild branch got me audited for three years in a row for over 5000$ a pop for years 2014 2015 and 2016. They are supposed to be professional outlet and lead me down the right path. They did a high audit form apparently according to the IRS. I purchased their so called audit protection and brought all my proof in to the location so they could back me up in the process of the audit. During this time they closed the seasonal east Windsor branch and transferred All of my paperwork to the Enfield branch. During the transfer the lost all of my proof to defend myself against the IRS. I have made multiple iquries about them reimbursing me for their mistake that’s leading to my family’s 15000$ debt with the IRS. My family has suffered and lost so much due to this. Keith Roy was the district manager at the time and completely let me down. If I had the money to afford a lawyer I would be taking them to court I’m currently saving up money to do so. Please refrain from using H&R Block they hire people and don’t train them properly to handle something as important as your taxes.
